Bookings are open 3-4 weeks in advance. Please contact directly for any booking requests outside of this timeframe.

The online booking system is set up to require a three day lead time. If you can't wait and would like a last minute booking, please get in contact to discuss availability.

If you can't find a time that suits you for either a 50 minute session or a complimentary consultation call, please reach out so we can find a time that works and I can book you in manually.

You are unable to cancel or reschedule yourself using the booking system. Please call, text or email to cancel or reschedule your session. Reminder that any cancellations made within 24 hours of session start time are subject to the full session fee.
